Job Description
**Job title:** Information Technology Support Technician **Role Summary:** Provide on‑site and remote IT support for an aerospace client, ensuring hardware and software uptime, delivering second/third‑level assistance, and contributing to the deployment of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives. **Expactations:** - Recent graduate or early‑career IT professional. - High level of English proficiency. - Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with strong team spirit. - Willingness to work in a multifunctional, international environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install, configure, update, and maintain PCs and related hardware. - Prepare training servers/PCs, manage software installations, and provide access to training accounts. - Conduct weekly checks of training rooms and related IT infrastructure. - Deliver L2/L3 on‑site and remote support for OS, applications, user accounts, network, and hardware issues. - Monitor system availability and proactively resolve incidents. - Draft technical documentation (installations, configurations, procedures). - Coordinate hardware replacements and incident follow‑up with external support teams. - Administer IT infrastructure, applications, and databases. - Support national and international projects and coordinate system/server updates. - Manage national and international training room reservations and the reservation application. - Serve as liaison with local partners and support teams, provide process improvement ideas. - Participate in implementing new technologies (virtualization, cloud services, data structures). **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of IT hardware and Windows operating systems. - Scripting/programming experience (e.g., PowerShell) appreciated. - Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite). - Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (recent graduate acceptable). - Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
