Job Description: **Job Title** Salesforce Consultant (Expert) **Role Summary** Lead the design, implementation, and technical architecture of a unified Salesforce CRM for an energy‑sector client, replacing legacy tools and providing a scalable, maintainable solution that aligns cross‑market processes while limiting local deviations. **Expectations** * Minimum 9 years of senior Salesforce experience in a consulting or enterprise role * Deep expertise in native Salesforce offerings (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Einstein) * Proven ability to bridge business requirements and IT solutions, communicating complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders * Proficient in English (minimum B2 speaking/writing, C1 preferred) **Key Responsibilities** 1. Facilitate workshops with business users on master data, cross‑functional processes, and requirement gathering. 2. Translate business needs into multiple Salesforce solution scenarios, documenting pros, cons, and complexity. 3. Prototype and model proposed scenarios; identify impacts on third‑party tools and existing integrations. 4. Aid decision‑making by formalizing evaluation criteria and recommendation logic. 5. Collaborate with IT to define implementation strategy, aligning with existing data and flows. 6. Design the target technical architecture, including API integrations, data flows, security, email/SMS notifications, and e‑signature mechanisms. 7. Draft comprehensive technical specifications, coordinating with the broader Salesforce ecosystem and application owners. **Required Skills** * 9+ years in Salesforce consulting or related enterprise roles * Sales Cloud Consultant – expert level * CPQ – senior level with proven implementation experience * Service Cloud – senior level familiarity * Einstein – confirmed proficiency (Analytics or AI) * Technical architecture knowledge: API integration, data flows, security, interoperability * Strong stakeholder engagement and translation of technical to business language **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience * Current Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Einstein Analytics) and any advanced architecture credential (e.g., Certified Application Architect) are mandatory.
