**Job title:** Senior Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Lead the prospecting and qualification efforts to generate high‑quality sales opportunities for a SaaS employer‑branding platform. Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads across multiple channels, partnering with sales and marketing teams to support the sales pipeline and exceed quota. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly lead qualification targets and pipeline velocity metrics. - Deliver consistent outbound outreach at scale, maintaining a high conversation-to‑meeting ratio. - Effectively use CRM, prospecting tools, and qualification frameworks to document all interactions. - Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaign messaging and with sales to hand off qualified opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and qualify new leads through outbound cold calling, email, social media, and networking events. - Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect fit using MEDDIC qualification criteria (Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion). - Manage lead pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring accurate entry, progress, and follow‑up activities. - Coordinate with marketing on lead generation programs and content assets to maximize engagement. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations, positioning the platform’s value proposition. - Track, analyze, and report on outreach metrics, funnel stages, and conversion rates to inform strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport quickly. - In‑depth knowledge of MEDDIC or equivalent qualification methodology. - Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM and Sales Hub), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. - Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across sales, marketing, and product teams. - Prior experience in marketing‑technology or employer‑branding sectors preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - HubSpot Sales Software certification or equivalent on‑line sales certification desirable. - MEDDIC or similar qualification training valuable.
