**Job title:** Chinese‑Speaking AI HR & Recruitment Intern **Role Summary:** Assist the AI‑powered Human Resources team in end‑to‑end recruitment, talent development, and HR technology management for a global client base. Responsibilities include job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, onboarding support, HR data upkeep, and reporting. The role offers opportunity to implement AI tools in talent acquisition and interact with international teams. **Expectations:** - Work remotely, primarily from Canada, for 3–6 months. - Complete assigned tasks on time; demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and independent work. - Engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional colleagues. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records and analytics. - Feed learnings back to the team to improve processes and AI tool usage. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Post job openings, screen applicant resumes, and arrange interview schedules. 2. Utilize AI recruiting platforms for resume parsing and candidate ranking. 3. Conduct initial candidate outreach via email and LinkedIn; keep leads informed. 4. Facilitate onboarding procedures and coordinate intern‑specific activities. 5. Manage HR data and help maintain talent databases and dashboards. 6. Produce status reports and follow‑up summaries in collaboration with country‑level HR teams. 7.
