**Job Title** Senior Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead and nurture relationships with mid‑market and enterprise customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of a cloud‑based SaaS platform. Own end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, ensuring high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Own a portfolio of high‑value customers and serve as the primary point of contact. - Deliver measurable value and business outcomes that align with customers’ objectives and the company’s revenue goals. - Maintain a strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned accounts. 2. Own onboarding, adoption, and value realization for each customer, ensuring successful implementation of the platform. 3. Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and secure upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities to maximize NRR. 4. Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify risks, and lead escalations to resolution. 5. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive reviews, and customer presentations. 6. Serve as the customer voice internally, providing feedback to Product, Sales, and Leadership. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or client‑facing SaaS roles. - Proven track record of managing renewals, retention, and expansion in a technology environment. - Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and senior stakeholders. - Commercial awareness and ability to discuss business outcomes, ROI, and value propositions. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing complex customer portfolios. - Passion for SaaS, customer value, and measurable business results. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; Customer Success or SaaS‑related certifications are a plus.
