Job Title: Digital Product Manager
Role Summary:
Lead full‑cycle digital product development for a medical device client, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated multi‑platform ecosystems (SAP, MDM, Snowflake). Translate field sales and clinical rep insights into mobile‑friendly, data‑driven solutions that drive adoption, ROI, and operational excellence.
Expactations:
- 6‑10 years product management experience in commercial IT, sales, or field enablement.
- Proven hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise (configuration, process design, deployment).
- End‑to‑end ownership of product lifecycle, from roadmap to launch and adoption.
- Agile mindset with backlog management, sprint planning, and release oversight.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and change‑management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Salesforce Sales Cloud and supplementary platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional squads (business, development, vendors) through ideation, design, build, test, and production.
- Own release, environment, and UAT planning; coordinate validation and production sign‑off.
- Partner with enablement and training teams to craft adoption strategies, rollout plans, and feedback loops.
- Analyze data, user insights, and KPIs to prioritize backlog and iterate product improvements.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to senior leadership and executive sponsors.
- Champion a digital‑first culture within commercial IT, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, process design, and implementation.
- End‑to‑end product lifecycle management and Agile delivery (backlog, sprint, release).
- Cross‑functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Data‑driven decision making; experience with analytics platforms (Snowflake, SAP, MDM).
- UAT planning, coordination, and sign‑off.
- Change management & adoption strategy.
- Executive communication and presentation.
- Empathy for field sales and clinical workflows; mobile‑focused UX design.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Product Owner).
- Agile certification (CSM, PMI‑ACP) preferred.
