**Job Title**
Digital Solutions Buyer – Junior (M/F)
**Role Summary**
A junior procurement professional dedicated to digital solutions across the organization. Manage supplier relationships, conduct market intelligence, create and negotiate procurement documents, ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Expectations**
- 12‑month professionalization contract, full‑time.
- Recent Master 2 graduate in procurement, supply chain, business, or related field.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Autonomy, rigor, ethics, team spirit, and strong negotiation instinct.
- Knowledge of IT/Digital sector and related regulations (cybersecurity, GDPR, ESG) is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market surveillance on suppliers, indices, and technologies.
- Maintain and expand the supplier panel, emphasizing risk management.
- Monitor and advance supplier qualification status.
- Draft pre‑consultation dossiers and call‑for‑tender documents.
- Prepare for and participate in commercial and contractual negotiations.
- Draft contracts, verifying adherence to company procedures.
- Manage and update the procurement document library.
- Communicate and enforce policies on subcontracting, security, cybersecurity, quality, environment, and social responsibility.
- Propose improvement, optimization, and transformation plans with stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross‑functional procurement process improvement projects.
**Required Skills**
- Knowledge of the end‑to‑end procurement cycle.
