Job Description

Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning systems that deliver measurable business value across healthcare and consumer analytics domains. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. - Build scalable, cloud‑native pipelines and ensure high reliability and performance. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to align ML initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines and feature stores using Python, SQL, and PySpark. - Develop features and label sets for large healthcare or consumer datasets. - Manage model lifecycle with tools such as MLflow, Databricks, or equivalent. - Conduct experimentation (A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning), evaluate models, and implement bias mitigation. - Deploy models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and maintain CI/CD for ML production. - Prototype new ML techniques and stay current on emerging architectures. - Maintain documentation, code quality, and adherence to best practices in MLOps. - Work with product managers to define success metrics and monitor model effectiveness. Required Skills: - Strong programming in Python; proficient with scikit‑learn, PyTorch, XGBoost. - SQL and PySpark experience for data manipulation. - Experience building ML pipelines and using MLflow or similar tracking tools. - Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment in production environments. - Solid communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional teams.
