Job Title: Information Security Analyst II Role Summary: Provide technical support for Vulnerability Management, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, tool administration, and documentation. Manage competing priorities, enforce security policies, conduct log analysis, and maintain compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and HITRUST. Expectations: * Manage and prioritize multiple security projects in a fast‑paced environment. * Provide timely analysis and response to security findings, including after‑hours coverage as needed. * Collaborate with SOC, NOC, auditors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, engineer, and deploy security tools. - Monitor and administer 2+ security platforms (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls). - Perform routine log reviews and investigative analysis. - Document findings, update tickets, and draft SOPs and tool documentation. - Lead incident response calls and coordinate response teams. - Create presentations for internal security status updates. - Participate in meetings with stakeholders and auditors. - Attend training, seminars, and pursue relevant certifications. **Job Title**: Information Security Analyst Intern **Role Summary**: Assist the information security team in identifying, reporting, and mitigating security threats. Conduct security infrastructure support, forensic analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Educate developers on best security practices and help with code reviews. **Expectations**: - On‑site presence required; flexible hours to accommodate academic schedule (4–8 hours/day). - Ability to work during after‑hours if required by threat criticality. - Physical capability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lb. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Deploy, maintain, and monitor security infrastructure (SIEM, IPS, NetFlow, email gateway, DLP). 2. Perform forensic data collection and analysis. 3. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on applications, services, networks, and servers. 4. Respond to security findings, initiate remediation actions, and verify mitigation. 5.
