Senior Manager of Cybersecurity
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of an integrated global cybersecurity strategy. Oversight of security operations, risk management, compliance, incident response, and capability building across all business units and regions. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the board, driving a security‑first culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, implement, and refine the organization’s cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Advise C‑level leadership on investment priorities, risk mitigation, and incident response planning.
- Embed security controls into network, infrastructure, application, and product development lifecycles in partnership with IT, Product, and Engineering.
- Manage global compliance program: metrics, reporting, and board communication.
- Lead vendor, third‑party, and new initiative risk assessments; review contracts and coordinate security reviews.
- Monitor, remediate, and report on vulnerabilities, exposures, and non‑compliance; lead investigations as needed.
- Direct security awareness and training initiatives, measuring effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on threat landscape and emerging technologies; recommend solutions to strengthen defenses.
- Prepare and control cybersecurity budgets, resources, and staffing allocations.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performance cybersecurity team, promoting innovation and accountability.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic vision and execution in security program management.
- Deep knowledge of security architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and application security.
- Strong risk assessment, mitigation, and vendor‑risk management expertise.
- Proficiency with security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, AV, encryption, vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills – translate technical concepts for executive and board audiences.
- Proven leadership in matrixed, global environments with cross‑functional influence.
- Analytical, project management, and budgeting abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
- 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, 5+ in leadership/managerial roles.
- Stronghold of relevant certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
