Job Description: **Job Title** Project Manager – WMS/WCS (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead, manage, and coordinate WMS/WCS IT projects across Europe and internationally within the supply‑chain domain. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, on budget, and meet client expectations. - Act as the primary operational liaison for clients and cross‑functional teams. - Demonstrate strong methodological rigor, proactive communication, and effective relationship management. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and organize project activities, securing necessary approvals. - Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring clear role allocation and performance. - Support the entire project lifecycle from initiation to handover to the Life Cycle team. - Estimate effort and resource requirements. - Maintain project schedules, monitor financial performance, and ensure client satisfaction. - Update and maintain project reporting, participating in monthly financial review meetings. - Travel frequently within France and abroad as required. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of project management experience in intralogistics environments. - Expertise in complex WMS/WCS project delivery and integration with client IT systems. - Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS, WCS). - Minimum B2 English proficiency (oral and written). - Strong methodological approach, rigor, pro‑activity, and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
