Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Attaché **Role Summary** A dynamic, customer‑centric sales professional responsible for developing new wholesale accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining showroom standards for newly launched brands within a broad territory. **Expectations** * Successfully establish and expand a pipeline of new retail partners. * Consistently meet or exceed sales and replenishment targets. * Build trustful, long‑term relationships with key accounts. * Deliver a high‑quality client experience from first contact through after‑sales service. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct continuous on‑field and remote prospecting to grow the customer database and sales volume. - Process orders for clients in the Paris/Île‑de‑France, domestic, overseas, and African territories. - Manage showroom upkeep and product display standards. - Receive, ship, and exhibit new collections in the company showroom. - Schedule meetings via the company electronic calendar. - Coordinate after‑sales service for designated clients. - Monitor sales and stock replenishment objectives. - Post‑onboarding, oversee and nurture relationships with major accounts. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial experience in a similar role, preferably within textile, accessories, or footwear distribution. - Strong knowledge of the retail network and industry trends. - Passion for fashion and textiles, with the ability to convey enthusiasm to partners. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a results‑driven environment. - Commercial awareness of the French market and global fashion landscape. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus. - Possession of a valid driver’s licence (Category B) and willingness to travel. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bachelor’s level (Bac+2 / Bac+3) degree. - Commercial and/or fashion‑industry related coursework is advantageous. ---
