Job Description
Job Title: Business Developer – B2B Sales Role Summary: Drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities in the IT and digital services sector. Work closely with senior sales teams to secure qualified appointments, manage lead pipelines, and support overall sales strategy through proactive outreach and market insight. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed prospecting and qualification targets. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records (Pipedrive) and provide actionable insights to the sales team. - Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions to decision‑makers (IT directors, procurement, HR). Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and qualify leads: - Identify target companies based on sector, size, and needs. - Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Assess inbound leads against set qualification criteria. 2. Schedule qualified sales meetings: - Engage key contacts, explain the organization’s value proposition, and secure appointment bookings for senior business developers. - Manage follow‑up and track prospects through the sales cycle. 3. Collaborate with sales team: - Partner with a senior business developer to refine prospecting strategies and analyze campaign performance. - Relay insights and information that enhance conversion rates. 4. Market monitoring and continuous improvement: - Track industry trends in IT staffing and digital services. - Propose enhancements to prospecting methods and tools. Required Skills: - Strong B2B sales and prospecting aptitude. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Persuasive, resilient, and driven by challenge. - Proficiency with office tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Excel). - Preferably some experience in B2B tele‑sales or prospecting. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student in Master 1 or 2 (Business, Management, or related field) or equivalent. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with CRM usage and sales methodology is advantageous.
