Job Description

Job Title: Flowable Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows on the Flowable BPM platform. Build efficient, scalable solutions in collaboration with business analysts and support their integration with enterprise systems and external APIs. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code and documentation. Participate in requirement analysis and offer production support. Align development with best practices in BPM, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Create and optimize BPMN, CMMN, and DMN workflows in Flowable. • Integrate Flowable with internal systems and RESTful APIs. • Collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Provide support, debugging, and troubleshooting for production deployments. • Write clean, maintainable Java code, unit tests, and documentation. Required Skills • Java development with 3–5 years of experience. • Proficiency in Flowable BPM platform (BPMN, CMMN, DMN). • SQL, RESTful API design, and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Version control using Git and familiarity with Docker containerization. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • No specific certifications required, but certifications in BPM or Java (e.g., Java SE 8 Programmer) are beneficial.
