Job Description: **Job title:** Application Manager (F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead the development, testing, and evaluation of fragrance formulations across cosmetic, detergent, and ambient product lines to ensure performance, stability, and customer compliance. **Expectations:** Deliver timely technical solutions, support cross‑functional stakeholders, drive innovation, maintain laboratory standards, and manage application teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage technical requests for performance and stability tests and application studies. 2. Provide technical support to perfumers, evaluators, sales, and buyers. 3. Collaborate with procurement on technical raw‑material specifications. 4. Write and distribute test reports and technical documentation. 5. Implement new application processes and maintain internal knowledge bases for all creation centers. 6. Develop new technologies from concept through industrialization in coordination with the Technical Director. 7. Produce technical marketing materials in partnership with Marketing & Communications. 8. Oversee the application laboratory and its operations. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in fragrance formulation and advanced chemical analysis. - Project management with multitasking and deadline achievement. - Team leadership experience. - Proficient in English (spoken and written). - Strong IT and office‑suite proficiency. - Knowledge of chemical risk prevention, waste management, and fragrance regulations. - Familiarity with laboratory best practices, hygiene, and safety protocols. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering with a specialization in Formulation (BAC+5). ---
