**Job Title** IT Analyst Intern – Data & Analytics **Role Summary** Assist the Data & Analytics team in gathering requirements, performing data profiling, cleansing, validation, and report creation. Participate in sprint and project meetings to support the full lifecycle of data-driven initiatives and maintain documentation. **Expectations** - Gain hands‑on experience in data and business analysis. - Produce accurate, actionable insights through data quality assurance. - Collaborate with mentors and cross‑functional teams to deliver project objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and document business requirements and data use cases. - Conduct data profiling, validation, cleansing, and report generation. - Write and execute test cases; verify data outputs for quality assurance. - Maintain documentation for data processes, definitions, and reporting standards. - Attend project and sprint meetings to understand data workflows and tools. - Provide general support across analytics and business analysis functions. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Basic proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms). - Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Curiosity, coachability, and a proactive attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum). - Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or recent graduate (sophomore level or higher). - Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. - Authorization to work in the United States.
