Job Description: Job title: DevOps Engineer Role Summary Lead production operations for a cybersecurity product, ensuring infrastructure stability, performance, and rapid incident response. Drive automation, documentation, and technology evaluation within an R&D environment. Expactations - 2 + years in a DevOps or similar role. - Full‑stack Linux/system administration expertise. - Strong monitoring, logging, and incident‑management skills. - English fluency; on‑call rotation once per month. - Proactive, client‑service orientation, and problem‑solving mindset. Key Responsibilities - Maintain uptime and performance of applications, services, and infrastructure. - Operate effective monitoring and rapid incident triage. - Collect and analyze metrics to improve availability and efficiency. - Perform deployments, updates, and installation of the Reveelium solution. - Create and update automation, process, and infrastructure documentation. - Propose and evaluate new technologies that enhance performance and deployment. - Respond to customer support requests within agreed SLAs. Required Skills - Proficient with Linux administration, services, and logging. - Docker provisioning and container management. - Log ingestion (ELK, Graylog, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch) expertise. - Databases: MongoDB and PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with Kubernetes. - Scripting: Python 3 and Bash. - Automation/Configuration: Ansible. - ITIL process understanding (v3/v4 certification appreciated). - Experience in critical IT/production environments. - Professional English communication. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor + 5 (≈Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - ITIL v3/v4 certification (preferred).
