Job Title: Second Line Engineer - Onsite Role Summary: Provide senior onsite and remote support for enterprise clients, resolving incidents, maintaining detailed ticketing, and ensuring SLA compliance across Microsoft‑centric environments (Office 365, Azure, AD, Windows Server) while managing hardware and networking tasks. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, timely support to fast‑paced financial sector clients; manage the full ticket lifecycle; communicate clearly with senior stakeholders; uphold cyber‑awareness and service‑quality standards across all sites. Key Responsibilities: • Provide onsite and remote incident resolution and routine client visits. • Manage tickets end‑to‑end, maintain accurate documentation. • Troubleshoot complex issues in O365, Azure, AD, Windows Server, networking, and end‑user devices. • Support office moves, device builds, upgrades, AV setups, and general hardware tasks. • Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and handle escalations. • Communicate with senior stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance. • Assist with starters/leavers, MFDs, telephony, and specialist equipment. • Promote cyber‑awareness and maintain strong service quality across sites. Required Skills: • 5+ years in onsite/field, second‑line, or senior support role. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies: Office 365, EMS, SharePoint, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server/OS. • Experience with cloud administration and process automation. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‑facing skills. • Comfortable in fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments. • Optional: LAN/switching/AP, Bloomberg/OMS/PMS, MacOS/JAMF, Google Cloud. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred.

Serve as a key driver of client engagement, prototype development, and production deployment, advancing toward a director role within 12–18 months. Expactations: • Own the delivery pipeline and technical direction for AI initiatives. • Manage 3–4 direct reports and develop talent for succession. • Travel internationally (≈6‑8 weeks/yr) to engage with telecom, banking, and other enterprise clients. • Progress to Director‑level leadership within one to one‑half year as part of the firm’s succession plan.
