Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Retail Finance Customer Care Coordinator Role Summary: Operate as the primary contact for Yamaha Financial Services’ retail finance customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text inquiries to provide timely, professional assistance and support early‑stage collection activities. Act as a brand ambassador while ensuring accurate record‑keeping in the company’s system of record and completing after‑call work (ACW) duties. Expectations: - Deliver consistent, customer‑centric service on all rotating shifts (Mon–Sat). - Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance with internal processes. - Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound/outbound phone, email, and text communications with finance customers. - Resolve account inquiries, process account maintenance requests, and record all interactions in the dedicated system of record. - Execute early‑stage collection calls following company scripts and guidelines. - Complete ACW activities to ensure all data is entered and tasks closed. - Participate in special projects as assigned. Required Skills: - Superior organizational and multitasking ability. - Strong negotiation and communication skills (professional phone etiquette). - Efficient process adherence and time‑management. - High emotional intelligence; team player culture. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required). Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3–5 years of call center experience in financial services.
