Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute all lifecycle marketing initiatives—including email, push, and pre‑roll—across global markets to enhance subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention. Act as a key liaison between lifecycle, creative, editorial, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, data‑driven campaigns that adhere to compliance standards.
**Expectations**
- Achieve and track performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) in line with company targets.
- Maintain clean, segmented email lists and uphold opt‑in/legal compliance (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, CASL).
- Demonstrate initiative in testing, optimization, and implementation of new lifecycle tactics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the global lifecycle calendar for email, push, and pre‑roll channels, aligning with content and marketing priorities.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings; set agendas, capture decisions, and drive action items.
- Build and maintain email templates; brief copy/creative, oversee design approvals, and ensure deliverability (links, images, mobile rendering).
- Monitor and update existing lifecycle and transactional emails; develop new campaigns as needed.
- Generate reports and insights, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Deeply understand customer data within the email platform for segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
- Champion best practices in email marketing (list hygiene, frequency, velocity control).
- Ensure compliance with local and global email marketing regulations.
**Required Skills**
- Proven track record in digital and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of email fundamentals: opt‑in legislation, segmentation, list/data management, conversion KPIs, deliverability.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS principles (coding not required).
- Experience with mid‑ to enterprise‑level email platforms (e.g., Braze, BlueShift, Bronto, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Salesforce).
- Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced media environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting insights to diverse audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Certifications in email marketing, data protection (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM), or related fields are a plus.
