**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Supports the execution of the group marketing strategy, primarily for Sustainable Times and Sustainable Investor. Works closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to produce, edit, and publish multimedia content, social media posts, email newsletters, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver timely, high‑quality creative assets (video, audio, graphics).
- Maintain brand coherence across all publications.
- Meet engagement targets for social media and email campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with design, content, and commercial teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce and edit short‑form video, audio, and graphic content for websites and social channels.
- Design and format newsletters using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Create marketing materials in Canva; basic InDesign/Photoshop as required.
- Brief and review creative copy for clarity and brand alignment.
- Manage content calendar, schedule social posts, and update WordPress sites (blog, reports, events).
- Monitor and report on basic social media performance metrics.
- Coordinate content delivery for commercial partners, webinars, podcasts, and articles.
- Assist event marketing, including delegate acquisition and on‑site social coverage, photography, videography, and logistics.
- Draft creative briefs for the design team.
- Provide administrative and project support to senior marketing staff.
**Required Skills:**
- 2+ years of marketing or media coordination experience.
- Strong design sense and proficiency in Canva; Adobe InDesign or Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
- Basic video and audio editing (mobile or desktop).
- Experience scheduling content on major social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS updates.
- Excellent written communication, copywriting, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, quick‑learning, and problem‑solving mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certification or proven experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) is advantageous.
