Job Description
**Job Title** Associate, Credit Data and Analytics **Role Summary** Conduct responsible‑investing due diligence and data analysis for TPG Angelo Gordon credit strategies, develop analytics tools, deliver training, and identify value‑creation opportunities across portfolio companies. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, rigorous data‑driven assessments of risk, performance, and impact. - Own ownership of responsibilities within the scope of each credit deal. - Provide effective client‑service support to investment professionals. - Execute cross‑functional projects and content development as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead responsible investing diligence on high‑priority credit deals, combining desk research and quantitative analysis. - Build, implement, and manage systems/processes to embed responsible‑investing factors into ongoing performance monitoring. - Design and deliver regular responsible‑investing training and onboarding for investment teams. - Analyze operational, financial, and impact data; create benchmarking methodologies, visualizations, and insights. - Identify and manage value‑preservation workstreams to enhance financial outcomes for portfolio companies. - Support Y Analytics’ strategic projects, research, and thought‑leadership initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. - Advanced research abilities and data‑collection expertise. - Experience with responsible‑investing frameworks (ESG, impact analysis). - Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and stakeholder presentations. - Self‑driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. - Client‑service orientation and collaboration across teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field (master’s preferred). - Knowledge or certification in ESG/impact investing (e.g., CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, SASB, GRI) is a plus.
