Job Title: Junior Associate - Scientific Writing Role Summary: Entry‑level medical communications associate supporting the creation and delivery of scientific content for healthcare organizations. Works under senior medical writers, ensuring accurate, compliant, and professionally formatted deliverables across multiple formats (slides, documentation, Excel). Expactations: • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines. • Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines. • Exhibit eagerness to learn and develop skills in scientific writing and communication. • Operate in a fast‑paced, global environment requiring effective time‑management and communication. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and format slide decks/modules from globally approved MLR asset library. • Structure content accurately using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Review outputs for completeness, consistency, and compliance with global assets and shared tactical plans. • Coordinate with senior medical writers and medical team to ensure clarity and accuracy. • Communicate progress, clarify requirements, and support project scheduling. Required Skills: • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Excellent written and oral English communication. • Strong attention to detail, ability to work within structured frameworks. • Effective time‑management and collaborative teamwork. • Ability to follow technical guidance and use approved reference materials. Required Education & Certifications: • Degree: MPharm, MSc/Master equivalent, or PharmD. • Professional experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates welcome). • No prior medical or therapy‑area expertise required. • No additional certifications specified.
