**Job Title:** Solutions Architect
**Role Summary:**
Leads functional design and development of enterprise applications, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. Provides strategic technical consultation to senior management, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, and drives implementation across microservices, databases, cloud, and integration layers.
**Expectations:**
- 8+ years of end‑to‑end application architecture experience.
- Proven ability to design, build, and support solutions on Azure and Power Platform.
- Deliver proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) from concept to production.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and govern solution architecture for multi‑platform applications.
- Translate user and process requirements into technical designs and data models.
- Create and evaluate POCs to validate new technologies and approaches.
- Design microservice‑based systems, APIs, and backend services.
- Oversee database design and integration (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Lead cloud adoption initiatives on Azure, including infrastructure and services.
- Manage ETL pipelines using Informatica and SSIS.
- Implement source control, CI/CD, and issue tracking (Git, TFS, JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, serverless) – hands‑on.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Microservices architecture and API development (ASP.NET Core, Node.js).
- Database expertise: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
- ETL tools: Informatica, SSIS.
- Programming: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Source control & DevOps tools: Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, JIRA.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect, or comparable cloud/architecture certifications.
