Job Description: **Job title** ESG Software Consultant – Senior (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end ESG consulting for clients using a cloud SaaS platform. Provide strategic guidance on data collection, carbon footprint measurement, and sustainability roadmaps, while ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption of the software. **Expectations** - Master ESG frameworks (CSRD, GHG Protocol, SBTi) and translate them into actionable client strategies. - Shape product evolution through client feedback and internal expertise. - Mentor junior consultants and partner teams, elevating their ESG knowledge and technical proficiency. - Deliver presentations, workshops, and written communications to stakeholders in French and English. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise clients on ESG indicator capture, carbon inventory, and decarbonisation strategy. - Own the onboarding lifecycle: assess client needs, design data collection scopes, deploy the platform, and train users. - Provide post‑go‑live support and troubleshooting for platform configuration and usage. - Identify and prioritize product features based on customer insights and market best practices. - Develop and refine operational processes to boost client satisfaction and internal efficiency. - Expand the knowledge base on ESG, governance, and regulatory developments for the consulting team. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of CSRD, GHG Protocol, SBTi and related ESG frameworks. - Comfortable with SaaS product configuration and road‑mapping discussions. - Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Excel for data review and reporting. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. - Proven team‑player; experience coaching or supervising junior staff. - Proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and resilience under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Engineering or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). - Certifications in ESG, carbon accounting, or sustainability (e.g., SASB, PCAF, GHG Protocol certification) are advantageous.
