Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Systems Administrator Role Summary: Execute and manage Salesforce platform operations to improve sales, marketing, and client service processes. Lead integrations, data hygiene, reporting, and ongoing support for new product rollouts. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality platform enhancements within agreed timelines. • Maintain data integrity and automate workflows. • Communicate clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence decisions. • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement operational efficiencies across departments using Salesforce. • Deliver platform integrations that enhance business processes and user experience. • Maintain and optimize day‑to‑day operational processes related to client support. • Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to translate and simplify business requirements. • Support departmental needs including data hygiene, database maintenance, and reporting. • Participate in the design and rollout of new products and processes, providing post‑launch support. • Design and manage data quality processes and integrations to Salesforce. Required Skills: • 3–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience. • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, data management, and integration tools. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision makers. • Self‑starter with initiative, ownership, and resilience to challenge the status quo. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
