**Job Title:** Lead Systems Engineer **Role Summary:** Spearhead technical governance and delivery strategy for marine industry applications, driving system architecture, integration, and qualification from concept to service life. **Expectations:** Lead end‑to‑end systems engineering, mentor teams, interface with customers, regulators, and partners, and contribute to business development and program road‑mapping. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own system architecture, integration strategy, and technical assurance across the platform. - Guide systems engineering lifecycle: concept, design, integration, qualification, in‑service support. - Decompose top‑level requirements into subsystem specifications, verification plans, and maintain traceability. - Serve as technical authority on system-level decisions, risk management, and trade‑offs. - Chair technical reviews and enforce engineering governance across delivery teams. - Engage customers, regulators, and partners to align requirements, compliance, and performance. - Mentor systems engineers, promote discipline best practices. - Collaborate with program and product leaders to shape road‑maps, manage integration risks, and oversee change management. - Provide technical input for bids, proposals, and new programme mobilisation. **Required Skills:** - Systems thinking, requirements engineering, interface management, cross‑domain integration. - Leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement. - Expertise in architecture, integration, verification & validation. - Familiarity with MBSE concepts (SysML, Cameo, Capella) – preferred. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, digital engineering toolchains – preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. - BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain) and right to work in the UK.

Job Description
Job Title: Fire & Security Engineer Role Summary: Lead installation, servicing, commissioning and fault‑finding of large‑scale fire and security systems for key accounts across West and Central London, including Healthcare, Hospitality, Stadia, and Education sectors. Work predominantly in teams of two, mentoring trainee engineers, and deliver high‑quality, safety‑compliant solutions on complex commercial sites. Expactations: • Travel extensively within the M25 and surrounding counties, with occasional Central London deployments. • Operate 1 week on call out per 20 weeks; overtime compensated. • Adhere to safety standards, mentoring responsibilities, and project deadlines. • Utilize provided high‑spec vehicle, credit/fuel card, and tablet. • Receive full training on all relevant systems (Gent, Advanced, Salto, Paxton, Texecom, Avigilon, Baldwin Boxall, Cortech, Axxonsoft). Key Responsibilities: • Install, service, commission and troubleshoot fire alarm, access control and security systems. • Collaborate with senior teams, guide trainee engineers, and ensure compliant, safe workmanship. • Manage scheduling, call‑outs, and client communications. • Keep detailed job records, reports, and maintenance logs.
