**Job Title** Talent Acquisition Specialist **Role Summary** Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services for professional roles, ensuring timely hiring, compliance, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. **Expectations** - Complete recruitment cycles within agreed timelines. - Maintain accurate applicant data and process metrics. - Uphold data protection and equal‑opportunity standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage full recruitment lifecycle for allocated roles. - Engage hiring managers to capture role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles. - Draft, approve, and publish job adverts across appropriate channels in line with employer brand guidelines. - Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and networking. - Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) entries, ensuring timely status updates and compliance. - Coordinate interview schedules, assessment logistics, and candidate communications. - Facilitate offer management, negotiations, and transition to onboarding. - Liaise with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate induction. - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics; support continuous process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven in‑house or agency recruitment experience for professional roles. - Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Workday, SuccessFactors). - In‑depth knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, or related field. - CIPD qualification or equivalent recruitment certification (e.g., REC) is desirable. ---
