Key Responsibilities: • Compile and analyze financial statements for internal and external reporting. • Investigate variance between actual, budgeted, and prior-period results; identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements for engineering projects. • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes for large-scale projects. • Analyze project-specific financial data to assess profitability, costs, and resource allocation. • Prepare reports and analyses supporting senior management decisions on investments, project viability, and financial planning. Job Description

**Job Title** Electrical Engineer – International Projects (Energy & Renewables) **Role Summary** Lead technical management of international renewable energy projects, including solar PV, BESS, microgrids, and hybrid systems. Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams, develop bids, oversee deliverables, and support business development. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and quality standards. - Maintain strong client relations and promote company growth. - Travel internationally (1–2 weeks, 3–4 times/year). **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze and approve technical tender specifications for PV, BESS, and hybrid projects. - Prepare and submit electrical/energy service proposals. - Produce and coordinate technical deliverables (design reports, simulations, feasibility studies). - Conduct and participate in internal and client coordination meetings. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards (ISO, client requirements). - Serve as primary technical liaison between international clients, internal teams, and local partners. - Lead multidisciplinary project execution (electrical, civil, mechanical, environmental). - Manage project budgets, progress tracking, and financial coordination (accounts receivable). - Define and implement quality control processes. - Contribute to business development activities: client development, follow‑up, and strategic planning. **Required Skills** - Advanced problem‑solving and risk management. - Expertise in PV system design, BESS modeling, grid studies (load flow, short circuits, harmonics, stability). - Proficient with industry software: PVSyst, HOMER Pro, CYME, PSSE/PSS®E, ETAP, AutoCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory (preferred). - Bilingual in French and English (written & oral). - Strong communication and presentation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 5+ years experience in engineering consulting with renewable energy projects. - Engineer registration member of the Quebec Order of Engineers (OIQ) or eligible. - Additional languages and industry certifications are an asset.
