Job Title: Senior Product Manager / Account Manager
Role Summary: Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver multiple digital products per year, serving as the primary product point of contact for clients, translating vision into roadmaps and detailed requirements, and guiding releases from concept to launch.
Expectations: Manage 2‑3 concurrent client initiatives, maintain alignment on timelines and deliverables, negotiate scope and priorities, and drive continuous improvement in product and client satisfaction. Must possess strong AI awareness and be able to engage executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for up to three active client projects simultaneously.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Translate client vision into a clear, actionable roadmap and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release milestones.
- Collaborate with designers, engineering, project management, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead weekly client meetings to update progress, demonstrate milestones, and address blockers.
- Manage client expectations, facilitate scope negotiations, and ensure budget and timeline adherence.
- Support sales and business development by participating in prospect calls, writing proposals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Stay current on AI/ML trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into product strategy.
Required Skills
- 5+ years product management experience for digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI).
- Proven client‑facing and relationship‑management expertise with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Comfortable overlapping European team hours (8 am–1 pm Eastern time).
- Proficiency in product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.) preferred.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management certification is advantageous.
