Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (EU Remote)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end development of core features for a benefit administration platform, driving architecture, design, and delivery across front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and integrations. Own feature lifecycle, collaborate tightly with product management and design, and influence roadmap and technical strategy to support enterprise‑scale, secure, and compliant solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, implement, and ship complex web application features (frontend, backend, APIs, integration layers).
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into elegant, usable solutions.
3. Conduct technical discovery, architecture design, and implementation planning for new and existing services.
4. Apply security best practices (OWASP, AWS Well‑Architected Framework) across all code and infrastructure.
5. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability for hundreds of thousands of users.
6. Improve developer experience through tooling, standards, and documentation.
7. Scope, ship, and maintain large‑scale workflows (e.g., payroll, approvals, notifications, provider integrations).
8. Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams; proactively surface product and UX concerns.
**Required Skills**
- **Languages & Frameworks:** Python, TypeScript; familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django/FastAPI, React/Vue/Next).
- **Full‑Stack Experience:** Proven track record building and scaling end‑to‑end features in production systems.
- **API & Integration Design:** Experience creating robust, versioned APIs and integrating third‑party services.
- **Scalability & Reliability:** Design for 10× growth, handle high concurrency, and maintain low latency.
- **Security & Compliance:** Knowledge of OWASP, secure coding practices, data protection regulations, and cloud security (AWS).
- **DevOps & CI/CD:** Comfortable with infrastructure as code, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
- **Collaboration:** Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work autonomously.
- **Problem‑Solving:** Curiosity to investigate root causes and propose long‑term improvements.
**Nice‑to‑Have**
- Experience with financial platforms or HR tech.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal).
- B2B SaaS product development knowledge.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Developer, Professional, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
