**Job Title** Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (EU Remote) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end development of core features for a benefit administration platform, driving architecture, design, and delivery across front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and integrations. Own feature lifecycle, collaborate tightly with product management and design, and influence roadmap and technical strategy to support enterprise‑scale, secure, and compliant solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable, reliable features that meet business and compliance requirements. - Make autonomous technical decisions, balancing speed with quality. - Own project delivery from ideation to production, ensuring high impact and user satisfaction. - Shape product direction, challenge assumptions, and push for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, implement, and ship complex web application features (frontend, backend, APIs, integration layers). 2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into elegant, usable solutions. 3.
