**Job Title**
UX/UI Design Intern – Website & Gamified Dashboard (2 months)
**Role Summary**
Design and redesign the company’s website, user dashboards, and game platform UI/UX in a two‑month internship. Apply UX audit, prototyping, and accessibility best practices to improve usability, visual consistency, and onboarding flows.
**Expectations**
• Deliver functional designs that align with product vision and technical constraints.
• Produce deliverables ready for hand‑off (wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, UI kit, design tokens).
• Conduct rapid user testing (guerrilla, A/B, moderate tests) and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams in a cross‑disciplinary environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Perform a concise UX audit of existing site, dashboards, and game interface (analytics, heuristics, WCAG 2.x compliance).
2. Redesign website information architecture, create responsive wireframes, UI kit, and interactive high‑fidelity prototypes.
3. Re‑engineer user dashboards: role mapping, information hierarchy, widget design, error/empty state guidelines, and cohesive design system.
4. Optimize game platform UX: non‑game navigation, visual/audio feedback, contrast and typography, micro‑interactions, onboarding flows.
5. Facilitate rapid user tests, synthesize findings, and update backlog with prioritized design recommendations.
6. Contribute to and document the design system (tokens, components, guidelines) in Figma and Notion.
**Required Skills**
- UX design fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, variables, prototyping).
- Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and design systems.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.x accessibility guidelines.
- Responsive design and perceived performance best practices.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate user‑centric decisions.
- Familiarity with gaming and/or music‑related UI patterns is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Any relevant UX/UI certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Human Factors International) are advantageous but not mandatory.
