**Job title** Business Development Assistant Intern **Role Summary** Intern to support the Business Development & Studies service in the renewable energy sector, focusing on photovoltaic (PV) rooftop and shading projects. The role involves identifying and responding to tenders, conducting market analyses, assisting client relationships, and contributing to the preparation and submission of project offers. **Expectations** - Work under the Business Development manager’s guidance and collaborate closely with operational and marketing teams. - Engage in end‑to‑end tender cycles: prospecting, evaluation, bid preparation, and client communication. - Manage multiple parallel tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver timely outputs for assigned tenders. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect new tenders in PV rooftop and shading markets; screen and shortlist opportunities for the team. - Monitor competitive landscape and track tender performance indicators; analyze results of bid activities. - Support commercial leads in client interactions with project owners for awarded tenders. - Assist in bid preparation: technical definition, cost estimation, contractual drafting, and presentation. - Draft technical and economic proposals; collate required technical and administrative documents for submission. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial mindset and motivation for renewable energy transition. - Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Proactive, innovative, and able to handle multiple concurrent projects. - Team player with adaptability to fast‑moving project environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master’s or engineering degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or related field. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of renewable energy or project management is a plus.
