**Job title:** Business Developer (Sales Development Representative) **Role Summary:** Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads and close sales for a health‑focused beverage brand. Manage the full pipeline from identification to conversion, using email and phone to qualify prospects, and collaborate closely with sales leadership to achieve monthly targets. **Expectations:** - Full‑time, paid 6‑month assignment focused on rapid growth. - Targeting and closing new accounts across the food and beverage sector. - Adapt quickly to a start‑up environment, take initiative, and deliver measurable results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline through outbound emails and calls. - Qualify leads (30 % email, 70 % phone) and identify decision‑makers and influencers. - Conduct the entire sales cycle: cold outreach → needs assessment → solution pitching → closing. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in HubSpot CRM. - Represent the brand at trade shows and events. - Analyze growth levers and refine processes to boost revenue. - Collaborate with the sales manager to set and hit monthly targets. - Share best practices and insights with the team to improve overall performance. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication skills in French (written and spoken). - Persuasive, energetic, and structured approach to prospecting. - Experience with outbound sales, ideally 1–2 years in a B2B environment. - Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). - Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn and exceed goals. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Communications, or related). - No mandatory specific certifications, but training in sales or commercial development is a plus.
