Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager (Client Support) **Role Summary:** Serve as the first line of contact for customers, delivering prompt, accurate support through a dedicated chat interface. Resolve usage questions, guide clients through platform functionality, identify and report issues to Product, maintain and improve self‑service content, and conduct onboarding and training for new users. **Expectations:** - Strong customer‑relationship orientation with patience and active listening. - Precise written communication in French; no errors. - Proactive problem‑solving with a solution‑driven attitude. - Adept with digital tools; willingness to learn and embrace new company initiatives. - Real‑estate sector knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Respond to user inquiries with accuracy and efficiency via chat. 2. Assist customers in platform navigation and bug resolution. 3. Escalate client requests and feedback to the Product team. 4. Draft and update FAQ and help‑center content. 5. Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and provide training. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written French communication. - Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills. - Ability to diagnose issues and propose actionable solutions. - Patience and attentive listening. - Comfortable using CRM, help‑desk, and collaboration tools. - Ability to create clear, concise documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Prior experience in customer support or a Customer Success Manager role is desired.
