Job Description
Job title: Salesforce Administrator – Digital Success Center Team Role Summary: Responsible for the administration, quality assurance, and user support of the Salesforce platform and integrated systems (Jira, PandaDoc, Adyen), ensuring performance, data integrity, and efficient onboarding. Expactations: Deliver reliable platform operation, validate and deploy updates, manage user permissions, resolve support cases, maintain system documentation, and sustain up‑to‑date knowledge of all integrated tools; maintain a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 on‑site days. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular QA testing and solution validation for Salesforce and related updates. - Manage Salesforce user accounts, permissions, and access controls, including onboarding and training. - Resolve support cases for Salesforce and integrated systems, escalating as needed. - Administer Jira: user management, workflow configuration, issue tracking. - Create and maintain documentation for processes, user guides, and troubleshooting. - Stay current with features and best practices for Salesforce, Jira, PandaDoc, and Adyen. Required Skills: - Proven Salesforce Administrator experience (≥1 year). - Proficiency with Jira, PandaDoc, and Adyen. - Extensive experience in Mac environments and devices. - Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Familiarity with system integration and data migration. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
