Job Description: **Job Title:** Solution Architect / Manager – Strategy Consulting **Role Summary:** Lead the design and execution of enterprise‑wide technology transformations for large organizations. Provide strategic architecture guidance, assess technical debt, drive cloud‑native and service‑oriented designs, and support C‑level decision‑making on technology investments and M&A due diligence. **Expectations:** - 5‑15 years of experience in a top‑tier strategy or technology consulting firm, corporate architecture group, or high‑tech organization. - Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end architecture projects and technology roadmaps. - Fluent in French and English with strong stakeholder management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define target architectures (cloud‑native, SOA/event‑driven) aligned with business goals. - Conduct technology audits, assess technical debt, and design modernization/Cloud migration roadmaps. - Perform IT due‑diligence for M&A transactions, evaluating scalability and robustness of target assets. - Lead pre‑delivery phases of large programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Product, Data). - Advise CTOs, CIOs, and other senior executives on make‑or‑buy decisions and strategic technology choices. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of modern architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Expertise in service‑oriented, event‑driven, and micro‑services architectures. - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities; pragmatic problem‑solving. - Excellent communication and influencing skills for C‑level advisory. - Ability to manage and mentor cross‑functional project teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering or Computer Science degree from a recognized university or grande école. - Preferred certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, PMP or equivalent project management credential.
