**Job Title:** Logistics Manager (H/F) **Role Summary:** Lead and develop a warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and customer‑focused logistics operations for B2B orders. Manage end‑to‑end processes (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, transport), uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and team performance. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong leadership and people‑development skills. - Maintain high safety and quality standards. - Deliver on KPIs for order accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. - Adapt resources to fluctuating demand and resolve issues promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit, onboard, train, and coach logistics staff; conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. - Oversee daily warehouse activities: receipt, inventory control, order preparation, dispatch, and transport coordination. - Monitor operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Standardize procedures and promote best‑practice routines for efficiency. - Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations; lead emergency drills and incident response. - Act as primary liaison for professional customers and carriers, managing expectations, communication, and service quality. - Collect and act on customer feedback to drive service improvements. - Foster a collaborative, solution‑oriented team culture. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in logistics, transport, e‑commerce, and client relations. - Hands‑on operational mindset; willingness to work on the floor. - Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and Google Workspace tools. - Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and ability to enforce them. - Strong leadership, communication, and active‑listening abilities. - Resilience and decisive problem‑solving under pressure. - Customer‑centric attitude and team‑support focus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; higher education in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. - Valid CACES (forklift) certifications for categories 1, 3, and 5 (or willingness to obtain). - Relevant safety or logistics certifications are a plus.
