Job Title: Administrative Assistant Role Summary: Provide direct, high‑impact administrative and coordination support to the Chief Business Officer and CEO, managing calendars, travel, documentation, and day‑to‑day operations to keep leadership focused and operations efficient. Expectations: 0–2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or coordination; strong organisational skills; excellent attention to detail; proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and executive calendars. - Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications. - Track and process expenses, invoices, and budget monitoring. - Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM and internal systems. - Oversee onboarding/off‑boarding processes and HR documentation. - Support company‑wide initiatives, event planning, and process improvement. - Manage organised digital filing systems and ensure smooth information flow. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Canva. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and general business processes. - Effective written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal teamwork skills. - Ability to use productivity and AI tools to streamline tasks. - Excellent organisational and multi‑tasking abilities; attention to detail.
