Job Title: Social Media Brand Manager
Role Summary:
Oversee brand identity, creative direction, and social media strategy for a luxury nightlife venue and a culture‑focused media brand, collaborating with executive leadership to build narrative, drive growth and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Shorts.
Expectations:
- Launch and scale viral content that aligns with brand goals.
- Manage cross‑platform 30/60/90‑day content calendars and asset repurposing.
- Produce on‑site short‑form video, edit efficiently, and write engaging copy.
- Grow audience through influencer collaborations, UGC, and daily community engagement.
- Coordinate event coverage, sponsorship rollouts, and content teasers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve visual identity and brand voice for the venue and media brand.
- Pitch and conceptualize new series, challenges, street‑cam content, and interviews.
- Plan and execute content calendars, adapting viral formats to the brand style.
- Capture, film, and edit reels, TikToks, BTS footage, micro‑interviews, and brand stories.
- Write hooks, captions, headlines, and copy for all social posts.
- Grow local and national awareness via collaborations, influencer outreach, and UGC.
- Engage daily with comments, DMs, tags, and reposts to nurture community.
- Support launches at the venue, including events, parties, weddings, and sponsorships.
- Build hype cycles for new shows, series, and creator collaborations.
- Repurpose content across multiple channels and create synergy within the ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Reels/TikTok creation, filming, editing, and concepting.
- Strong storytelling, visual design, and copywriting abilities.
- Experience managing brand or social content for venues, creators, musicians, or lifestyle brands.
- Fast execution, experimentation, and a keen sense of virality and cultural relevance.
- Collaborative mindset with confidence to pitch bold ideas.
- Availability for on‑site events, shoots, and studio work.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Design, or related field preferred.
- Professional social media or video production credentials are advantageous.
