Job Description
Job Title: eControl Sales Operations Intern Role Summary: Internically supports sales and marketing operations, conducting market research, managing leads, producing sales collateral, and maintaining data hygiene in Salesforce. Works independently while following managerial guidance to drive sales pipeline efficiency. Expectations: Deliver accurate research, timely data updates, and high‑quality content. Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities. Engage proactively with attorneys & paralegals, contribute to meetings, and adhere to deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify sales opportunities. - Segment and analyze existing eControl leads, supporting pipeline development. - Create custom sales support documents for client calls. - Assist in developing marketing content (blog posts, case studies) targeting client journey stages. - Perform Salesforce data cleanup, updates, and general admin tasks. - Participate in cross‑functional meetings and support sales & marketing initiatives as directed. Required Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficient in spreadsheets and database basic operations. - Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented with strong organizational skills. - Problem‑solving, analytical, and collaborative mindset. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. - Understanding of professional marketing and communications.
