Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary Engage SME leaders to assess and address their legal and compliance needs through comprehensive membership solutions. Act as a consultative partner, delivering tailored proposals that span employment law, contracts, GDPR, IP, and growth planning. Expectations - Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets. - Generate and manage own outbound pipeline in addition to inbound leads. - Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle from discovery to close, securing self‑sourced wins. - Progress toward senior and leadership roles through performance and ownership. Key Responsibilities - Conduct discovery sessions with clients to map multi‑disciplinary legal requirements. - Develop and present customized membership proposals that align with clients’ commercial objectives. - Negotiate terms and close contracts, ensuring successful onboarding of new members. - Build and maintain a network of prospects, industry contacts, and referrals. - Collaborate with internal legal experts to provide subject‑matter support during client engagements. - Maintain accurate activity and forecast data in the CRM. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years in consultative B2B sales (e.g., BDM, AE, solutions consulting). - Proven ability to close complex, compliance‑driven solutions with multiple stakeholders. - Strong pipeline‑building and hunting mindset. - Commercial awareness: understanding business models and risk implications. - Consultative communication style; ability to build trust and deliver measurable value. - Resilience, goal orientation, and willingness to continuously improve performance. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred; professional sales or business qualification an asset. - No mandatory legal certifications required.
