Job Description: Job Title: Export Duty Officer Internship Role Summary: Support the Export Manager in all aspects of international sales administration, logistics, customs compliance, and market development for a growing non‑alcoholic spirits brand. Expectations: Deliver accurate order processing, maintain strong client and carrier relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the company’s international footprint. Key Responsibilities: - Process sales orders and coordinate logistics, customs, and transportation for export shipments. - Invoice customers, manage contracts and ensure compliance with labeling and regulatory standards. - Identify and qualify prospective clients in new markets; follow leads and maintain a pipeline. - Assist in developing and implementing export strategies, action plans, and commercial materials. - Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred. - Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, autonomous work style. - Passion for the food and beverage sector. - Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student in a business school specializing in International Business and/or Supply Chain Management. - Limited to students completing their final year of study.
