**Job Title:** Management Accountant **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive financial management and support, driving system integration, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month‑end reporting. Job Title: Finance Manager Role Summary: A strategic finance professional responsible for overseeing statutory accounting, month‑end and year‑end processes, and accounts payable across multiple entities. The role includes leading process improvement initiatives, modernising accounting practices through automation, and supporting system implementations. Expectations: Deliver accurate, compliant financial records on time; improve operational efficiencies; maintain clear communication with stakeholders; maintain high accuracy and attention to detail; lead and develop the AP team; handle continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate statutory accounting records across group entities. - Assist with month‑end and year‑end accounting activities. - Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting. - Support system implementation and optimization projects. - Review and enhance existing financial procedures for efficiency. - Identify automation opportunities and implement process optimisations. - Recommend and deliver practical improvements using modern accounting systems. - Propose innovative ideas to streamline operations and resolve longstanding challenges.
