Job Description
Job title: IT Project Manager (12‑month contract) Role Summary: Execute and lead the implementation of strategic IT and business systems across a global organization, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory standards while driving business process improvement. Expectations: Deliver fully integrated, secure IT solutions, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, maintain rigorous governance, and transition projects to operational support. Key Responsibilities - Lead enterprise‑wide IT projects (ERP, MRP, CRM, finance systems, software development) using Agile/Scrum and PMO guidelines. - Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; track progress and manage change requests. - Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, contingency planning, and post‑mortem reviews to capture lessons learned. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings, backlog prioritization, and status reporting; maintain project documentation. - Ensure integration of information systems and compliance with security design and requirements. - Manage vendor relationships, monitor delivery, quality, and financial performance. - Communicate process improvements and business changes to stakeholders. - Support minor initiatives in a PMO capacity when no dedicated PM exists. Required Skills - Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influence skills. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Detail‑oriented, high‑quality work ethic, initiative, and teamwork. - Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Planner or similar tools. - Fluent in English; French fluency is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 7–10 years of progressive IT Project Management experience, including large‑scale software implementations in a global, multi‑location environment. - Proven Agile/Scrum project delivery experience. - PMP, Scrum Master, and/or ITIL certifications are considered assets.
