Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer Role Summary: Develop and maintain internal applications that support operations across departments, focusing on performance, security, and maintainable code. Own end‑to‑end feature development from UI to backend, ensuring seamless integration with internal and third‑party APIs. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, scalable software on time, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and continuously improve user experience through data‑driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Build full‑stack features using React (Next.js preferred) and connect to RESTful APIs. - Extend backend services following established architecture (Express.js, C#/.NET). - Implement responsive UI designs that maintain consistent UX across applications. - Create dashboards and data visualizations highlighting key performance metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable software solutions. - Ensure applications are performant, secure, maintainable, and adhere to coding standards.
