Job Description

**Job Title:** ServiceNow Lead Developer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, ensuring high quality, secure, and efficient software that meets organizational needs. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement. - Maintain the integrity and performance of the platform through proactive monitoring and optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to define functional and technical specifications. - Design and implement workflows, UI components, and client/server scripts in ServiceNow. - Develop integrations via REST, SOAP, and other web services with third‑party systems. - Create and maintain database schemas, reports, and dashboards. - Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; troubleshoot defects and performance bottlenecks. - Review code, enforce coding standards, and manage version control. - Produce technical documentation and user training materials. - Provide ongoing support and incident resolution for ServiceNow deployments. **Required Skills:** - Proven ServiceNow development experience (customization, scripting, and integration). - Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. - Expertise in JavaScript, ServerSide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. - Database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and optimization abilities. - Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (required). - Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
