Job Description: Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern Role Summary: Part‑time, unpaid intern responsible for managing and growing SYP’s brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Owns content creation, campaign execution, visual identity, community engagement, and performance reporting. Expectations: 5–10 hours per week, immediate start, remote or NYC-based for occasional shoots, direct mentorship from founders, ownership of brand voice and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Create, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Design and launch organic growth campaigns tied to new app features, invite drops, and venue partnerships. - Develop and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic (black/gold, dark mode). - Film and edit short‑form videos featuring bars, founders, and community members. - Manage the content calendar and collaborate with founders on launch and partner campaigns. - Engage community via DMs, comments, and invite‑code events. - Track, analyze, and report on metrics: views, installs, engagement rates, referrals. Required Skills - Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities. - Video editing proficiency with Final Cut, CapCut, Premiere, or Canva. - Social media strategy knowledge, especially Reels and TikTok. - Ability to work independently in a startup environment. - Passion for cocktails, NYC nightlife, and data‑driven hospitality. Required Education & Certifications - Junior to senior undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Hospitality. - No mandatory certifications required.
