**Role Summary**
Intern provides support to corporate communications and strategic partnerships within an AI‑driven drug discovery and longevity biotech setting. Responsibilities include conference planning, content creation, public relations, market intelligence, and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, BD, and marketing teams. Ideal for PhD/postdoc, MBA, or marketing professionals with life‑science or computational biology background.
**Expectations**
- Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of global biotech conferences, notably the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.
- Draft and edit press releases, speaker briefs, slide decks, and digital content.
- Conduct research on key opinion leaders, competitive presentations, and emerging AI‑driven therapeutics.
- Deliver concise executive‑ready insights and benchmark analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scientific accuracy and messaging consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Conference Preparation & Strategy**
• Organize logistics for Insilico participation in AI, biotech, and longevity conferences.
• Coordinate booth management, reception support, and meeting schedules.
• Build speaker briefs and event collateral.
2. **Public Relations & Marketing Support**
• Write press releases, media pitches, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Manage media outreach and track coverage of company milestones.
• Produce LinkedIn posts, newsletter segments, and website updates.
3. **Market & Competitive Intelligence**
• Research AI‑drug discovery and longevity trends.
• Summarize findings into short, executive‑ready insights.
• Benchmark company presence against industry peers.
4. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration**
• Interface with R&D, BD, and communications to align scientific messaging.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and event organizers.
**Required Skills**
