Job Title: Creator & Community Partnerships Coordinator
Role Summary:
Coordinate paid creator and influencer partnership campaigns for two brands, manage user‑generated content programs, and serve as a brand ambassador at events. Oversee campaign calendars, reporting, and cross‑departmental alignment to drive return on ad spend, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute paid creator/influencer partnerships: outreach, contracting, content tracking, and reporting for two brands.
2. Maintain campaign calendars, deliverable trackers, and performance dashboards.
3. Collaborate with Paid Media to align creator content with ROAS, engagement, and conversion goals.
4. Produce monthly recaps and insights on creator performance and campaign learnings.
5. Manage UGC Creator Programs: recruiting, onboarding, content coordination, and community events.
6. Curate and distribute UGC across organic and paid channels.
7. Engage community channels, activate creators for events, and support community‑led content initiatives.
8. Represent the brand at workshops, activations, and public events as a community leader.
9. Update and maintain internal tools, databases, and communication workflows.
10. Coordinate gifting, follow‑ups, and cross‑functional collaboration with Creative, Social, Retail, and Paid teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media community management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of creator trends, social platforms, and UGC best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build cross‑functional relationships.
- Comfortable with public speaking and brand representation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (high school diploma acceptable with related experience).
- No specific certifications required.
